Frequently Asked Questions

💳 Payment & Ordering
Q: How do I place an order and make a payment?
A: We currently accept secure Electronic Wire Transfers (T/T) for all boat orders. Once you finalize your options at checkout, our team will provide the proforma invoice and secure banking details to complete your transfer.
“By focusing on secure wire transfers, we eliminate high credit card processing fees and pass those direct savings straight onto you.”
Q: Wire transfer (T/T) offers less buyer protection than credit cards. Why should I trust you?
A: We are a verified manufacturer with registered engineering and corporate offices. By skipping credit card processors, we eliminate the 3%-5% transaction fees on high-ticket items and pass those direct savings straight into our competitive product pricing. For your peace of mind, we provide an official, legally binding Proforma Invoice (PI) and a signed sales contract before you initiate any transfer.
Q: How will my boat be shipped, and what are the options?
A: To give you the best possible value, we ship exclusively via International Ocean Freight. While air cargo is technically available, the rates for an oversized 80-100KG shipment are prohibitively expensive, so we strongly recommend sea shipping to keep your costs down.

Q: Ocean freight takes a while. How can I track my shipment, and what if the container is delayed?
A: We understand that waiting is the hardest part. Once your boat leaves the port, we provide the Master Bill of Lading (MBL) or container tracking number, allowing you to track the vessel’s live location on international maritime networks. If global port congestion occurs, our dedicated logistics team tracks it daily and sends you weekly progress updates via email.

Q: Since it ships via ocean freight, do I need to clear customs myself?
A: We offer both CIF (Port to Port) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid / Door to Door) shipping options depending on your location. With DDP, our logistics partner handles all customs clearance and import duties, delivering the boat directly to your driveway.

Q: How long does the international ocean shipping take?
A: Ocean freight typically takes between [30 to 45] days depending on your destination port. Once your order is dispatched, we provide a container tracking number so you can monitor its journey across the ocean.
Q: What is your warranty policy, and what if my boat arrives damaged?
A: Your peace of mind is our priority. Every boat comes with a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering any non-human defects.
If your shipment suffers any damage during transit, simply notify us immediately upon delivery. We will take full responsibility, hold the logistics carrier accountable, and dispatch your replacement parts right away.

Q: What is the maximum horsepower engine I can mount on this Model?
A: The reinforced transom is engineered to handle electric trolling motors up to 66lbs of thrust or small gas outboard motors up to 15HP. Exceeding these limits is not recommended to ensure optimal balance and safety.

Q: Can this model be used in saltwater (the ocean)?
A: Yes, but only under safe conditions (fair or cloudy weather; do not use during storms, heavy rain, or typhoons) and with proper maintenance. Both the hull and the modular buckles are made of corrosion-resistant materials. However, if used in saltwater or brackish water environments, we strongly recommend rinsing the entire boat with fresh water after every trip to extend its service life.

Q: Can this modular boat handle fast-moving rivers or choppy water?
A: This boat is optimized for calm, flat-water environments such as lakes, reservoirs, ponds, slow-moving rivers, and calm coastal bays. Due to its rigid, portable design, we do not recommend using it in whitewater rapids or heavy ocean swells to ensure maximum passenger safety.

Q: What material is the hull made of, and is it UV-resistant?
A: The hull is molded from premium, high-density UV-stabilized composite polymers. It will not degrade, crack, or fade under prolonged exposure to intense sunlight and harsh weather conditions.

Q: If I lose a small part or a modular latch, can I buy replacements?
A: Absolutely. We maintain a full inventory of replacement parts, including interlocking latches, pins, and seats. Simply contact our support team, and we will ship the parts to you via expedited courier

Q: How should I store the modular boat when not in use for winter?
A: One of the best features of modular design is seasonal storage. Simply rinse the hull sections with fresh water to remove any salt, sand, or debris, let them dry completely, and stack them in your garage, basement, or closet. No trailers in the driveway, no winterization fluids needed.

Q: Do I really need no tools to assemble it? Are the screws durable?
A: Absolutely no tools required. Our boat features our heavy-duty, marine-grade Stainless Steel Hand-Tighten Bolt System. You simply align the sections and thread the heavy-duty bolts and nuts by hand. They lock the hull sections into a single rigid structure that resists severe saltwater corrosion and heavy wave impacts.

Q: Does the boat come with a Hull Identification Number (HIN) for registration?
A: Yes. Every boat is engraved with a unique Hull Identification Number (HIN). We also provide a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) upon request to help you easily register the vessel with your local authorities (such as the DMV or Coast Guard).

Q: If a hull module gets deeply gouged or scratched over years of heavy use, can I replace just that one section?
A: Yes. That is the ultimate beauty of a modular system. Unlike traditional one-piece boats where a major hull breach can ruin the entire vessel, our interlocking design allows you to contact us and order a single replacement module, restoring your boat to brand-new condition instantly.

Q: Can the hull materials withstand extreme weather, such as scorching summer heat or freezing winter temperatures?
A: Engineered with advanced high-molecular polymers, the hull is designed to maintain its rigid shape and structural integrity across a vast temperature range. It will not warp under direct summer sun nor become brittle during ice-fishing season or sub-zero winter storage.
Q: Can I easily operate, assemble, and launch the boat entirely by myself?
A: Yes, absolutely. While our boats offer massive carrying capacities when fully assembled, the beauty of the modular design means the total weight is split into compact, lightweight sections. A single angler can comfortably carry the individual modules to the water’s edge, thread the stainless steel bolts by hand, and launch the entire vessel without any second-hand assistance.
